FedEx is the main National and International carrier for the clients of CPR RESQ Training Services. The risk of loss and or wrong delivery information provided on this site for all merchandise ordered; pass to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Product Return Policy
CPR RESQ Training Services reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice. Any item (within its original, unopened box and packaging and in a condition which may be sold as new) which is returned to our office within thirty (30) business days after the order was made, may be eligible for a full refund (excluding any shipping and handling fees).

Course Cancellation Policy
Please understand that we have reserved a Professional Instructor for you, for your selected day. Participants who wish to CANCEL participation in any of the American Heart Association Heart Saver, BLS, First Aid /CPR, Family and Friends Courses or American Safety and Health Institute Courses are entitled to a refund minus a $15.00 cancellation fee per participant.
All sales are final 7 daysprior to any of the above listed courses. For a refund you must send an e-mail 7 days prior to: info@cprresq.com with the subject "Course Refund". CPR RESQ Training Services reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice.
Corporate groups and or large group functions may reschedule with no additional fee 72 hours prior to scheduled course. Arrangements must be made through CPR RESQ Training Services director.
