The HeartSaver CPR AED Course is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches adult CPR and AED use, as well as how to relieve choking on an adult. You can request the child/infant part at no additional cost.  This course teaches skills with AHA’s research-proven Practice-While-Watching (PWW) technique, which allows instructors to observe the students, provide feedback and guide the students’ learning of skills. This course is for anyone with limited or no medical training, which need to obtain a course completion card in CPR and AED use to meet job regulatory or other requirements.

Audience: Store workers, daycare workers, general office staff, city employees, general public and is perfect for young adults who are wanting to start babysitting.  This is not a medical providers course.

Class Length: 3-5 hours (depending on the addition of the First Aid module)

Any age can attend! 12 and up will get a certification card.

Text books are available when you register for your class but are NOT required to attend.

Certification good through the American Heart Association for 2 years!
